I haven't completed VLVAUG01 yet because there's too many great options to CASE, but I will get to it. In the meantime, here's the second week's sketch with a twist, which was to use edge punches.
Stamps: Trendy Trees
Paper: Close to Cocoa DSP, Wild Wasabi
Ink: Close to Cocoa, Wild Wasabi
Accessories: Wild Wasabi Striped Grosgrain
I used my Fiskars Deckle scissors to cut out my trendy trees and their wild wasabi background.

My weekend seemed to fly by because we were so busy, but I did get to see Harry Potter and another wonderful movie. I can see why it's been hard to review, though, as it ends true to the book - very open ended and ready for the next movie. I can't wait for the next ones, which I'm hoping will be in quick succession! Hope you had a fabulous weekend and Monday's not too ahrd for back to work =)
Lovin your trees, awesome job.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I swore I didn't like this set and would not be getting it, but those Trendy Trees are growing on me... TFS
ReplyDeleteTrue what Marie said.......I didn't like the stamp set much but you make it look awesome!
ReplyDeleteI love DSP you chose for this card. I'm always afraid to use such bold prints together, but everytime I look at a card that has them, I love it. Gotta get outta my box here and be a little more daring...LOL! Awesome card!
ReplyDeleteYou always make the most classy cards! I love this one! Love those trees!
ReplyDeletePerfect paper to use with the trees!
