Mojo 107

Okay - FINALLY some sponging that I'm not totally embarassed by =) It's not Julee's, but it's improving...or at least I think so!

I created this card for the Mojo 107 sketch...another amazing sketch by Julee. The Mojo Makers really outdid themselves on theirs, so I had to give it a try. Plus, it's a contest this time around (first Monday of the month) and I'm not one to pass up a chance at a free Verve stamp set!

Stamps: To Risk Plain Jane, Petals & Stems
Paper: White, Chocolate Chip, Bordering Blue, Bella Birds DSP
Ink: Chocolate Chip Craft, Versamark
Accessories: Clear Embossing Powder, Chocolate Half Pearls, Chocolate Ribbon, Nestabilities

The Oilers WON their game against the Stars (YAY BOYS!) AND Dustin got the first star of the game. I like Penner...he reminds me of a big teddy bear that I want to hug. MrP makes fun of him lots because he thinks I "just like the fatty" which apparently gives him hope. LOL!
Off to my final day of training. I think my instructor marked a question wrong on my exam and I can't stand the idea of not getting 100% on it because it seemed so darn easy! Maybe he was just noting something else?! I'll know soon enough...

  2. Nice job with the sponging -- it adds depth to the center. It wouldn't look anywhere near as nice if you had only embossed that Nestie circle.
