Viva La Simple Christmas

I can hardly believe it's getting into November. What happened to the year? It sure seems to have flown by for me. How about you?

Stamps: Verve Ornamental Christmas
Paper: Very Vanilla, Riding Hood Red, Basic Black
Ink: Riding Hood Red, Basic Black
Accessories: Riding Hood Red Ribbon, Nestabilities

I created this card for the Viva La Verve Nov01 Sketch with a Twist, which was a 1-2-3 twist. One embellishment (buttons or eyelets or ribbon, etc), two colors of cardstock (plus a neutral) and three stamps. I do feel a little like this was cheating since it's three stamps, but creates one image. Oh well - I love these awesome Ornamental Christmas stamps from Verve

And a very happy anniversary to Chelsey and K-Dawg!

  3. Oh, I love it here too!! Saw it in the Viva gallery :) I think 3 stamps to make one image is ingenious!! She didn't say 3 stamp sets either. I'm also contemplating using some dp because she only said 2 different colours of cardstock, not paper...is that cheating? LOL
